โมเดล F-35A Lightning II (TypeB) "U.S. MARINE" by Hasegawa 1/72

Hasegawa looks to get a jump on the competition with the new release of the 1/72 F-35 Lightning 2 窶狼ype B窶・in U.S. Marine service! Following up on their 2014 release of the Lightning 2 in Type-A form, Hasegawa comes back with the Type B version that features parts to build the aircraft in VTOL operation with the fan ducts above the aircraft open as well as the jet exhaust vent pointed down.

Parts come molded in grey andclear plastic for the canopy.  Unlike numerous other F-35 kits out there Hasegawa does not mold the RAM lines raised.  RAM lines instead are finely scribed into the plastic.  Hasegawa also provides decals for the RAM lines which is a nice touch. Fan ducts can be built in the open or closed positions.  A clear plastic stand is also included for those that would like to build the kit in flight or take off / landing modes.  This looks to build into a very nice F-35B!
